Wednesday:

·   All day - Fly In

·   All day - Set up tents and parking

·   1700 – BBQ dinner at the airport

Thursday:

·   All day - Wax-On, Wax-Off demonstrations (which will continue throughout the event)

·   1700 – BBQ Dinner at the airport

Friday:

·   0830 to 1700 - Fly-out Mystery Tour

·   1700 to 1900 – BBQ Dinner at the airport

·   1900 to 2000 – Fly-In speakers – Karl Bergey

 Saturday:

·   0800 to 1500 - Tour NAS Whidbey

·   1700 and on – Catered Dinner and Hangar party at Northwest Aviation Center

 Sunday:

·   All day - Pack up camp

·   All day - Fly Home
